Prices are in USA dollars. Prices exclude shipping charges and California Sales Tax of 8.25% (if applicable).
Please do not send cash as I won't be responsible for cash sent in the mail.
Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. PayPal, personal and business checks, money orders, cashiers checks and international money orders (in US funds). (Shopping cart is set up to utilize PayPal.)
Until you're an established customer, all orders paid with a check may be held for up to 3 weeks for payment to clear the bank. Checks should be made payable to EquineXpressions. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
Pre-Payments, Time Payments
EquineXpressions allows time payments. The nominal arrangement is 25% non-refundable down and the balance within 60 days. For example, if the first payment is received January 15, the piece must be paid in full by March 15; this can occur in periodic payments or one lump sum. If other terms are needed, please email at .
Buyers also have the option of pre-paying for a piece. Money may be paid in any amount in any frequency. This money is set aside for in an individual's account. When the account has reached an amount that pieces are selling for, pre-paying buyers will receive 24 hour minimum notice of available pieces before the available pieces are publicly announced.
EquineXpressions has a very short list of items than may be accepted in trade. Please email at for the current list.
Painting by artists who have had their work top-ten at NAN is always considered.
Items will be wrapped with lots of tissue and bubblewrap, along with newspaper and/or foam "peanuts" for padding. Double boxing will be used when necessary.
Shipping is sometimes included in the price. EquineXpressions nominally ships via FedEx Ground which offers full tracking during shipping. USPS Priority mail as well as FedEx Overnight is available. For international shipments, EquineXpressions uses USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Please email at about shipping charges for the piece you are interested in as all shipping charges are weight/distance based. Values given are the "maximum" shipping charge.
Please make sure your shipping address is a "safe" address in terms of someone being there that can sign for the package, or you have a secure location for packages.
EquineXpressions prefers not to ship from 16-November through 14-January due to the increased holiday package/mail traffic and weather. I would recommend using overnight shipping during 16-November through 14-January.
All items will be insured for the purchase price. International shipments will be valued at the purcahse price; customer responsible for any custom duties/taxes.
Shipping will occur at least once a week, but usually with 48 hours of payment clearing. Items may be delayed in shipping out for more than one week due to travel or illness; please confirm when ordering.
If you're not satisfied with the order, please notify EquineXpressions IMMEDIATELY. Please leave a message at 650.625.1860 or email at the same day of receipt, with the reason why. Please ship the item back ,in unshown condition, fully insured within 5 days of receipt and your money will be refunded, less all shipping costs. No refunds after this time period.
Even though I will take the utmost care in packing, from time to time items will arrive damaged. In that case a claim will be filed with the delivery service for a damaged shipment and your money will be refunded or the piece will be repaired and returned, once the damaged item is returned to delivery service or EquineXpressions.
